How does the cooling mat work?

The Frisqo mat uses a self-cooling gel that absorbs your pet's body heat. It recharges automatically in ambient air within minutes – no water, no electricity, no preparation required. Simply place it on the floor and your pet can lie on it immediately.

Is the gel dangerous if my pet chews it?

The gel is non-toxic. However, we do not recommend using the mat with a pet that tends to chew objects, to avoid any risk of ingestion or premature deterioration.

What sizes of animals is it suitable for?

The mats are available in 4 sizes (S, M, L, XL) to fit chihuahuas as well as golden retrievers. Consult the size guide on the product page.

How do I clean the mat?

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not fold excessively, do not expose to direct heat (oven, microwave). Do not machine wash.

Order & Delivery

What are the delivery times?

In mainland France: 7 to 15 working days. For other EU countries: 10 to 21 working days. A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment.

Do you deliver outside of France?

Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All information on our Order Tracking page.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my product?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. Consult our Withdrawal & Refund page.

Are return shipping costs my responsibility?

Yes, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
