Ordered from Frisqo and want to know where your package is? Here are two ways to track your delivery.
1. By Email (Automatic)
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Click on this link to see the progress of your package in real-time.
Remember to check your spam / junk mail folder if you don't find it in your inbox.
2. From Your Frisqo Account
You can also view the history and status of all your orders directly online, without needing to remember a password (login via a code sent to your email):
Delivery Times
- Metropolitan France: 7 to 15 business days
- Rest of the European Union: 10 to 21 business days
The delivery time starts from the shipping date (indicated in the confirmation email), not the order date. Full details can be found on our Delivery page.
