Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales concluded on frisqo.fr between Frisqo (hereinafter "the Seller") and any consumer placing an order on the site (hereinafter "the Customer"). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are accessories for pets (dogs and cats): cooling mats, bandanas, bowls, cushions, and associated accessories. Frisqo reserves the right to modify the assortment at any time. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are added to the price of the products and are indicated when the order is confirmed. Frisqo reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

Article 4 — Order

The Customer places an order online via frisqo.fr. A confirmation email is sent to the indicated address. The order is firm and definitive upon receipt of this email.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online, securely, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Shopify Payments. The order is processed only after payment confirmation. No banking data is stored by Frisqo.

Article 6 — Delivery

Frisqo delivers to metropolitan France and European Union countries. Indicative delivery times are 7 to 21 working days depending on the destination. A tracking number is communicated by email upon shipment. Frisqo cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure events.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without stating a reason. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to contact@frisqo.fr or via the Withdrawal & Refund page. Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

Article 8 — Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. Civil Code).

Article 9 — Product Safety (GPSR)

Our products comply with EU Regulation 2023/988 (GPSR) (applicable since December 2024). In case of a recall, the Customer will be informed by email.

Article 10 — Personal Data

The data collected during the order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Contact: contact@frisqo.fr.

Article 11 — Liability

Frisqo cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use, a case of force majeure, or an act attributable to the Customer.

Article 12 — Mediation

In case of a dispute not resolved amicably, the Customer may free of charge refer the matter to a consumer mediator. Frisqo adheres to the mediator: FEVAD — 60 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris — mediateurfevad.fr. European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 13 — Applicable Law

These GTC are subject to French law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
