Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to withdraw, without justification. Notify us by email at contact@frisqo.fr or via the standard form below, then return the product in its original condition.

"I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for order no. [...], placed on [...], received on [...]. Name: [...]. Address: [...]. Date: [...]."

Refund

We will refund you the full amount paid (excluding return shipping costs) within 14 days after receiving the product or proof of its shipment, using the same payment method you used.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs related to the exercise of the right of withdrawal are the Customer's responsibility. (Shipping costs remain our responsibility in case of a defective or non-compliant product — see below.)

Defective products

In case of a non-compliant or defective product, return and refund/exchange are our responsibility, under legal guarantees.
